The 3D radar level scanner is a level instrument product developed and applied by our company based on years of experience in radar scanner product development and application. In response to customers' needs for 3D three-dimensional multi-point scanning detection, we further develop and create it. Previously, radar scanners used a single point detection scheme, which could not reflect the overall material level of the silo. The 3D radar level scanner is based on frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar level measurement technology, and adopts our company's proprietary radar beam scanning scheme to achieve multi-point scanning and 3D imaging of materials.

The 3D radar level scanner can be installed on the top of various types of material silos to scan the electromagnetic beam of the materials inside the silo. The data obtained from the beam scanning can be uploaded to a computer through a pre specified industrial bus interface, such as 485 bus, HART bus, network interface, or fiber optic. Through imaging software algorithms, the 3D image inside the raw material silo is reproduced, and the highest point position inside the silo is determined according to actual requirements, Real time display of information such as the lowest point position, average material level, total material volume, and total material quality.
