I. Overview 

CLZ series marine axial flow ventilator is used to ventilate the cabins of ships, it can be used to transmit air to the cabins as well as to extract air from the cabins, and the transported air can contain the salts of the marine air as well as a small amount of acid vapour formed by natural evaporation of the battery, and the temperature of the transported air should not be more than 50°C. The air can be transported in the same way as the marine air.

II. Structure 

CLZ series marine axial flow ventilator is mainly composed of motor, impeller, casing, pressure expansion cone, rectifier and other parts.
CLZ series marine axial flow ventilator casing is made of steel plate. It consists of three parts: inner cylinder, outer cylinder and static blade. There are flanges at both ends of the outer cylinder's import and export to connect with the ventilation pipe, and the inner and outer cylinders are connected by static blades, which play the role of flow guide at the same time.
The motor of CLZ series marine axial flow ventilator is the special motor produced by the motor factory. Fully enclosed structure, self-ventilating, resistant to salt spray, vibration and shock, internal motor (installed in the inner tube), motor type ZZ T-H marine motor (rated voltage 220V) and Y-H marine asynchronous motor (rated voltage 220/380V two kinds).
The impeller of CLZ series marine axial flow ventilator consists of a hub and a set of wing-type blades, which are strictly balanced and directly mounted on the motor shaft, and the material is anticorrosive casting aluminium alloy. 
CLZ series marine axial flow ventilator rectifier and expansion cone - is to reduce the airflow snail. Improve the efficiency of the fan and set up, the rectifier is installed in the air inlet end, diffuser cone is installed in the air outlet end, the material is glass fibre reinforced plastic.
