Bed: CAK6150D lathe is split bed. The bed adopts box casting structure with good rigidity, high quality cast iron as material, medium frequency quenching process for guide rail, and grinding of guide rail surface with high precision, high precision and long service life.
Spindle box: The spindle is made of integral forging material with strong rigidity and good stability. Spindle bearings adopt domestic famous brand C-class bearings with high accuracy, spindle rotation runout is less than 0.01mm, and accuracy is stable. The spindle box is a integral structure with good rigidity and large supporting force. The gears in the spindle box are quenched by high frequency and grinded. The transmission is stable, the noise is small and the damage is not easy. Compulsory lubrication is used inside the headbox, and the lubrication effect is better. According to GB/T6769-1997 Measuring Method of Sound Pressure Level of Metal Cutting Lathe Noise, the noise pressure level of idle running machine tool is less than 83 dB. The spindle box is lubricated by forced hydraulic oil, and the gears and bearings of the headbox are lubricated by a special oil pump. The front end of the spindle adopts a labyrinth and alveolar double airtight structure, which can effectively prevent oil leakage and foreign objects from entering the spindle box. The transmission structure of the spindle box is an electric automatic transmission with three gears: 24-220 r/min, 200-650 r/min, 650-2000 r/min and stepless in the gears.
Bed saddle: Bed saddle dovetail guide adopts medium frequency quenching process, hardening layer > 3mm, hardness (> HRC42), which makes the guide wear-resistant and easy to move. The sliding surface of the sliding plate is plastered with advanced technology and TSF soft tape. Because the TSF material contains self-lubricating elements, the difference of sliding friction coefficient is small, which greatly reduces the friction between the sliding plate and the sliding surface of the bed and prevents creeping.
Protection: The CAK6150D CNC lathe manufactured by our company adopts double door full protection structure.
Tool holder: The tool holder adopts inner lifting four-position tool holder and precise three-teeth positioning. It has the advantages of high positioning accuracy, large locking moment and long service life.
Moving: The X/Z axis of the machine adopts ball screw pairs of famous brands in China. The X axis positioning accuracy of the machine tool is 0.03mm, the repetitive positioning accuracy is 0.012mm, the Z axis positioning accuracy of the machine tool is 0.04mm/1000mm, the repetitive positioning accuracy is 0.016mm/1000mm, and the machine tool has good motion accuracy and dynamic characteristics.
X/Z axis motor has high power, smooth operation, high torque inertia ratio and strong fast response ability.
The system adopts 8.4-inch color LCD of GSK 980TDi system with minimum instruction of 0.1 um. It has the functions of on-line display of PLC ladder diagram, real-time monitoring, manual trial cutting and multiple time-limited shutdown.
The machine can undertake various turning tasks, such as turning inner and outer cylinders, conical surfaces and other rotating surfaces, turning end faces and common threads. Machinable steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. The dimension accuracy of the parts machined on this machine tool can reach IT6-IT7 level, and the surface roughness can be reduced.
II. Processing Scope of Machine Tools
