Spindle:
●The start, stop and rapid movement of the spindle are controlled by buttons;
● The operation is simple, fast and convenient
●The feed of the worktable is controlled by the handle, and its feed direction is the same as the direction
pointed by the joystick. The rotation speed of the spindle and the feed speed of the worktable are optional with
a turntable;
Working table:
●Working table and guide rail are audio-quenched with high strength;
●Vertical and horizontal manual feed and vertical lifting, while vertical and horizontal can realize motorized
fast forward and motorized feed and vertical motorized lifting.
Workbench feed:
●The workbench has three modes of manual feed, motorized feed, and motorized rapid feed in 3 directions,
which can be full meet different processing requirements;
●The rapid feed mode can make the workpiece reach the processing position quickly, shorten the
non-processing time, and improve the work efficiency
Lubrication device:
●Using forced lubrication;
●Forced lubrication of the X, Y, and Z direction lead screws and guide rails to reduce machine wear and ensure
the efficient operation of the machine tool.
