I. Overview 

CZT series of low-noise axial flow ventilators for ships can transport air, marine air containing salt spray and corrosive air containing a small amount of oil mist, etc. CZT series of low-noise axial flow ventilators for ships are suitable for the ventilation of various compartments on board ships, and can also be applied to other appropriate occasions.CZT series of low-noise axial flow ventilators for ships are designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant provisions of GB11864 ‘Axial flow ventilators for ships’ and ‘Specifications for the construction of steel marine vessels’ of China Ship Inspection Bureau. The CZT series of low-noise axial flow ventilators for ships are designed and manufactured in accordance with GB11864 ‘Axial flow ventilators for ships’ and the relevant provisions of the ‘Code for the construction of steel marine vessels’ of the China Ship Inspection Bureau.

III. Structure 

CZT series shipboard low-noise axial flow ventilators are made with the structure that the motor is placed in the casing and the impeller is directly installed on the motor shaft. 
The impeller is made of anticorrosive aluminium alloy casting, and the casing is welded with steel material. 
The casing can be made into integral type or axial opening type according to the need. The open type casing is to install the impeller and motor on the half casing which can be opened, so it is convenient for on-site maintenance and replacement of parts. 
CZT series of low-noise axial flow ventilators for ships are made to be viewed from the motor end, and the impeller rotates in a clockwise direction. In use, the fan is allowed to rotate in the reverse direction. 
CZT series shipboard low-noise axial flow ventilators can be equipped with 380V/415V, 50Hz or 440V, 60Hz marine AC motors, and can also be customised according to customer requirements.
