I. Overview 

FA series marine axial flow ventilator can transport air, marine air containing salt mist and corrosive air containing small amount of oil mist, etc. FA series marine axial flow ventilator is suitable for the ventilation of various compartments on the ship, and it can also be applied to other appropriate occasions.FA series marine axial flow ventilator is designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant provisions of GB11864 ‘Axial Flow Ventilator for Shipboards’ and China Shipbuilding Inspection Bureau ‘Code for the Construction of Steel Sea-going Vessels’. The FA series of marine axial flow ventilators are designed and manufactured in accordance with GB11864 ‘Axial flow ventilators for ships’ and ‘Code for construction of steel marine vessels’ of China Ship Inspection Bureau.

III. Structure 

FA series marine axial flow ventilators are made with the structure that the motor is placed in the casing and the impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft. 
The impeller is made of anticorrosive aluminium alloy casting, and the casing is welded with steel material. 
The casing can be made into integral type or axial opening type according to the need. The open type casing is to install the impeller and motor on the half casing which can be opened, so it is convenient for on-site maintenance and replacement of parts. 
FA series marine axial flow ventilators are made to be viewed from the motor end, and the impeller rotates in a clockwise direction. In use, the fan is allowed to rotate in the reverse direction. 
FA series marine axial flow ventilators can be equipped with 380V/415V, 50Hz or 440V, 60Hz marine AC motors, and can also be customised according to customer requirements.
