HAWSER PROTECTION SLEEVES will drastically improve the service life of the mooring ropes. It surface coated with a protective layer, and it can be easily wrapped around the hawser at the exact spot where it is needed.Two large velcro strips enable the sleeves to be applied easily and to accomodate different diameters of hawser.Two eyelets, one on each side, enable crew to secure the sleeve in the right position on the hawser. Because the sleeves are floating, they could be retracted when they fall overboard. The standard length is 3 meters and 4 meters.
