Descrption

This product is made of high qulity polyoropylene(PP)raw materials,through drawing,twisting line,making stock,and weaving together four processes.
The characteristics of the rope are:light gravity,high strength,very efficent in vessel operation,and it is the most used ropes on the market,its tensile strength higher than that of polyethylene(PE)rope,has good wear resistance,chemical corrosion resistance,UV resistance.

Feature

1.Diameter is small.The diameter is 40%~60% of other fiber ropes when breaking force equally.
2.It has light weight.At the same breaking force,the weight of the rope is 1/8 of the weight of the steel rope and 15%~30% of other fiber ropes.
3.The strength is as same as the steel cable in the same diameter.

Application

National Defense,Aerospace,Ocean-Going Ships And Oil Platforms,Port Towing,Large Container Ship,The Cruise Lines(VLCC),Special Electric Power Communication,Sports Equipment,etc.

Note

Neutral torsional mooring ropes can be used to form mooring systems with chains or circular wire strands of neutral torsion.
Torsional matching mooring rope can be used to form mooring system with 6 strands of wire rope or other neutral torsional wire rope.
