FJ4000D4-24 Marine Control Box
1. Product Overview
The FJ4000D engine control box (cabinet) (hereinafter referred to as the engine control box) is a fully automatic electronic measurement and control system for engine operating conditions, composed of a GEC16W monitoring and display module and a GEC8000-K1 safety protection module. The GEC16W monitoring display module adopts a large screen LCD display; It can have a CAN communication interface to accurately display parameters such as engine speed, oil pressure, water temperature, and oil temperature. At the same time, it can detect parameters such as battery voltage and accumulated engine running time, and can monitor and display the above measured parameters in real-time. When the control box detects an alarm signal, it automatically emits sound and light alarm signals; When a fault shutdown signal is detected (such as overspeed shutdown), the control box automatically outputs a shutdown control signal to control the engine shutdown. Through this control box system, automatic starting and automatic stopping of the engine can be achieved.
The design of this product meets the requirements of CCS specification of China Classification Society. The technical performance and quality requirements of this product comply with International Electrotechnical Commission IEC standards.
2. Product Features
The control system of the FJ4000D engine control box consists of a GEC16W monitoring and display module and a GEC8000-K1 safety protection module. It has the characteristics of good reliability, good stability, high measurement accuracy, small size, and convenient installation and maintenance among similar products. It can be used as a supporting device for various engines such as ships and land power plants, and is a relatively advanced electromechanical integrated electronic instrument system.

(a) Environmental requirements for product use
Ambient air temperature
Marine environment:+5 ℃~+55 ℃, and able to withstand a high temperature of 70 ℃ for 2 hours without failure;
Non marine environment: -25 ℃~+55 ℃.
(b) Relative humidity of air
The temperature is less than or equal to 45 ℃, and the relative humidity is 90 ± 3%;
The temperature is greater than 45 ℃ and the relative humidity is 60 ± 3%.
(c) Vibration
The control box can operate normally under the vibration conditions described in Table 3.1.3. If resonance occurs within the following frequency range, appropriate measures should be taken to suppress the vibration when it exceeds the specified values.

(d) Tilting and swaying
The control box should be able to operate normally when tilted and swayed 22.5 ° in all directions (with a period of 10 seconds) and when the vertical linear acceleration is 9.8m/s2.
(e) The control box can work reliably for a long time in environments with salt mist, oil mist, mold, and dust.
