Description

(7) Require manufacturers to provide free on-site installation guidance services.
(8) Samples of products are submitted to the shipyard for approval, including PVC color cards, kick lines, etc.
(9) Surface PVC quality should be guaranteed without defects such as vacuoles, color difference and discoloration, and the bonding between rock wool and steel plate is stable, and no delamination phenomenon should be allowed.
(10) The edge grooves at the end of the plate shall be uniformly molded to maintain good installation smoothness, and the elasticity between the plate and the frame shall be firm;
(11) The Seller shall design the production design drawings of the panels and ceilings in accordance with the cabin layout provided by the Buyer, which shall be submitted to the Buyer for approval after completion.
(12) Enough spare parts shall be provided for each component and plate.
(13) The panels for the installation of washbasins, toilets and storm handrails should be partially strengthened, and the strengthening form should be approved.
(14) Labels should be affixed to each board, indicating board specifications, color card numbers and room numbers;
(15) Plates are packaged and delivered in deck layers;
(16) The type and parameters of the high sound insulation board shall be confirmed by the shipyard.
(17) The sound insulation value of wall panels and ceilings shall be provided with an authoritative inspection report, and the sound insulation value of products shall not be lower than the requirements of relevant flag-hanging standards;
(18) The type of elastic connection member of the ceiling shall be confirmed by the shipyard.
