Ship launching or dry-docking with Marine airbags is a well-developed technology has more than 30 years history in China. Due to its Safety, flexibility and cost effectiveness, this technology is embraced by more and more shipyards in the world.
At start marine airbags are produced with rubber and canvas,they can deal with hundreds of tons vessel only. With development of material and technology, marine airbags can lift and launch 10,000tons objects.
Our marine airbags created the higher technology for airbag manufacturing, by increasing airbag safety factor from 3tim to 5time.
We expanded airbag applications from ship launching, dry docking to more fields: such as structure launching, heavy lifting and transport, ship salvage, etc.
According to ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2005 and OHSAS 18001:2007 and CCS type approval for airbags and pneumatic fender manufacturing.
All marine airbags are manufacturer in accordance with ISO 14409 and CB/T 3795.
Also the third parties inspection, such as BV, DNV/GL, CCS, SGS etc.
