TYPCX series variable frequency speed regulation ultra efficient three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (380V H90~355)

This series of products is of high-efficiency fan or independent fan structure, with a protection level of IP54, F-class insulation, and S1 working system.

The rated voltage of this series of products is 380V, powered by a frequency converter, operating at constant torque below the rated frequency.
This series of products has higher efficiency, wider economic operating range, and significant energy-saving effect compared to asynchronous motors of the same specification in the load range of 25% -120%. The temperature rise of the motor is low, and under rated load, the temperature rise of the motor is 30-50K.
This series of products can completely replace Y2, Y3 and other low-voltage asynchronous motors, and can also be specially designed to increase power density according to user needs.

This series of products is widely used in various equipment such as fans, pumps, compressors, belt conveyors, etc. in the fields of power, petroleum, metallurgy, textiles, building materials, etc.

Permanent magnet synchronous motors use permanent magnets to provide the magnetic field required for electromechanical energy conversion, without the need for excitation power. During synchronous operation, there is almost no current in the rotor, so the copper loss of the rotor is close to zero, and the power factor is greatly improved compared to asynchronous motors. The reactive current in the stator winding is small, and the stator copper loss is reduced. Under the same conditions, the efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motors is higher than that of asynchronous motors. The actual operating current of permanent magnet synchronous motors decreases by more than 15% compared to asynchronous motors. The temperature rise is reduced by about 20K compared to three-phase asynchronous motors of the same power and speed, and the power factor reaches 0.96 or above. The rated efficiency is increased by 1% to 8% or even higher than that of three-phase asynchronous motors, and the efficiency index meets or exceeds the Class 1 standard of GB30253-2013 "Limited Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors". Permanent magnet synchronous motors also have significant advantages in other aspects:
1) Synchronous operation, without speed fluctuations, without increasing pipeline resistance loss when dragging fan and pump loads;
2) It can be designed with high starting torque and high overload capacity to solve the problem of "big horses pulling small cars";
3) The range of efficient operation is wide. When the load rate is between 25% -120%, the operating efficiency and power factor do not change much, and the operating efficiency is>85%, and the power factor is>0.9, indicating significant energy-saving effects.
4) High power factor improves the quality factor of the power grid. No reactive compensation device is needed in the power grid, and the capacity of the substation equipment can be fully utilized.
5) Working in conjunction with variable frequency speed control systems, the dynamic response is better than that of asynchronous motors.
6) The power density is high, and at the same power and speed, it can reduce at least one frame number compared to asynchronous motors.
7) The topology of permanent magnet synchronous motors is diverse, achieving customized product services across a wide range and extreme conditions.
